Eagles vs. Ravens preview:
The Eagles genuinely haven’t looked like a good football team since beating the Steelers in week three of the season. Since then, they’ve gone 2-8, and Carson Wentz has looked like, well, a rookie. They had a chance to win last week against the Redskins, but gave up a touchdown with two minutes left. They’re last in the NFC East, and have basically no shot at reaching the playoffs now. A win against the Ravens would help salvage a very forgettable season.
The Ravens had a shot at beating the Patriots last week, but it ultimately wasn’t enough as they lost 30-23. They’re still in the playoff hunt at 7-6, and they only sit one game behind Pittsburgh in the AFC North, and with match-ups against Pittsburgh and Cincinnati to round out the season, they have a legit shot at winning the division or at least making the final wildcard spot.
Eagles vs. Ravens prediction:
The Eagles have looked dreadful for the last two and a half months, and I don’t think an away game against the Ravens will be the contest where they turn it around. The Ravens defense will have it out for Carson Wentz, and they move to 8-6, with their playoff hopes still alive.
