Antonio Brown apologized for live-streaming Mike Tomlin’s postgame speech.
Antonio Brown loves himself some Antonio Brown. That became ever more evident when Brown Facebook Lived Mike Tomlin’s postgame speech. Tomlin used explicit language when describing the Patriots, which was captured on the audio of Brown’s live stream.
Now, the NFL and the Pittsburgh Steelers have strict rules about players using social media right after a game. Brown violated not only NFL policy, but also the trust of the Steelers.
Late Tuesday night, Brown issued an apology for his locker room antics.

We live in an era where social media is king. Brown’s actions postgame, however wrong, can be attributed to our “need-to-know” attitude towards athletics. Fans want the inside information, and they want it now.
There is a time and place, however, as Tomlin stated in a press conference. Tomlin announced Brown would be punished for the video, but what that punishment will be is anyone’s guess.
