ESPN Analyst Has Message For Steelers WR Antonio Brown

PITTSBURGH, PA - SEPTEMBER 28: Antonio Brown #84 celebrates his touchdown with Le'Veon Bell #26 of the Pittsburgh Steelers during the first quarter against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Heinz Field on September 28, 2014 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. (Photo by Justin K. Aller/Getty Images)

With Antonio Brown wanting out of Pittsburgh this offseason, fans are projecting where he could land in the coming months. However, lost in all the madness of this trade request is the adjustment he’ll have to make if he is shipped out of town.

Over the past few years, Brown has been considered the best wideout in football. His ability to create separation and beat double teams is unmatched by most wide receivers.

Even though Brown has received tons of credit for his individual achievements, it’s hard to ignore the talented quarterback throwing him pinpoint passes.

Ben Roethlisberger has allegedly played a significant factor in Brown’s desire to want out of Pittsburgh, but there is no denying his ability to lead the offense on the field. Besides, he just finished this season with over 5,000 passing yards and 34 touchdowns.

In the event that Brown is traded from the Steelers, ESPN analyst Damien Woody believes he could have some regrets.

Woody went on Twitter to warn Brown that he might not have the luxury of playing alongside another great signal-caller.

Here is his message:

Be careful what u wish for @AB84. You’re a great player but there are a lot of bad franchises w/ bad QBs

— Damien Woody (@damienwoody) February 12, 2019

Considering how Brown has conducted himself over the last two months, the Steelers might not be in the mood to do any favors for their disgruntled superstar.

The offseason isn’t even in full swing, yet it seems like the most interesting story for the next few weeks will revolve around Pittsburgh.

Stay tuned.
