The Philadelphia Eagles are leading the New Orleans Saints 14-7 in the second quarter of the NFC Divisional Playoff game. They will have to win without offensive lineman Brandon Brooks.
Brooks went down earlier in the first half with a leg injury. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, it was a “serious” one.
Rapoport added that Brooks’ season is likely over.
#Eagles Pro Bowl guard Brandon Brooks suffered a serious lower leg injury and is out indefinitely, source said. Unlikely he plays again this season. A huge blow for Philly’s offense.

The 29-year-old Brooks has made the Pro Bowl the last two seasons at right guard. He’s a major part of Philly’s offense.
Philly jumped out to a 14-0 lead on the top-seeded Saints before New Orleans answered with a long touchdown drive, capped off by Drew Brees finding Keith Kirkwood in the end zone.
Philly is just about to get the ball back with two minutes left in the first half.
