On Saturday night, the Los Angeles Rams are playing host to the Dallas Cowboys in the first game of the NFC Divisional Round. The Cowboys took down the Seattle Seahawks with an impressive performance during the Wild Card Round, while the Rams got the weekend off to get healthy for tonight’s match-up.
Before the game gets started, the Rams stadium staff rolled out a tarp to make sure the playing surface is in prime condition for the game. It’s not working as well as they would have hoped.
With seven hours left until kickoff, the field is covered in water, evidenced by this video posted by Jane Slater of the NFL Network.

The good news for both teams is that the rains are expected to come to an end within the next few hours.
Los Angeles and Dallas kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET on FOX.
