With the divisional round just two days away, the Dallas Cowboys are preparing for their matchup with the Los Angeles Rams.
The Cowboys defeated the Seattle Seahawks last weekend, meanwhile the Rams enjoyed their first-round bye.
Although Los Angeles is the favorite entering this showdown, the health of Todd Gurley will be crucial to the final result. If the All-Pro tailback isn’t playing at full strength, Dallas could focus its attention to generating pressure on Jared Goff.
Perhaps the biggest reason behind Dallas’ success has been the production from the defense, which has been anchored by Demarcus Lawrence, Leighton Vander Esch and Jaylon Smith.
Another key to victory will be whether or not the Cowboys center their offense around Ezekiel Elliott. In the previous round he finished with 169 total yards and completely dominated the time of possession.
Despite the Cowboys entering this game with momentum on their side, OddsShark’s score prediction is rolling with the Rams.
The computer model actually believes Los Angeles will defeat Dallas by double digits to advance to the NFC Championship.
Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET from L.A. Memorial Coliseum on Saturday.
FOX will broadcast the action.
