The Kansas City Chiefs and Indianapolis Colts faced off on Saturday afternoon at Arrowhead in the AFC Divisional Round. While the Colts entered the game as the hottest team in the NFL, Patrick Mahomes and company quieted any momentum Andrew Luck and the Colts had coming into the game.
The Chiefs blanked the Colts in the first quarter and held a 17-0 lead at one point in the first half. Indianapolis returned a blocked punt to cut the lead to 17-7, but Mahomes led the Chiefs down the field for a touchdown to take a 24-7 lead.
With heavy snowfall coming into the game and a healthy lead, Chiefs fans let their emotions get the best of them. Cameras caught one Chiefs fan lobbing a snowball.
The game had to be delayed as head coach Andy Reid yelled at fans to stop throwing snowballs.
