Charles West, a three-star running back committed to BYU, was shot in the arm outside a Texas middle school, according to police.
A video of the shooting has surfaced on YouTube. The video shows West running away as he is chased by the shooter, who fires multiple shots.

West was playing basketball outside Coppell Middle School East in Coppell, Texas, which is just north of Dallas.
He later tweeted about the incident, saying he's fine. West was reportedly treated at a local hospital before getting released.
