2016 5-Star PF Thon Maker Sets Official Visits, Expects Decision By Late April
Thon Maker, one of the top uncommitted recruits in the 2016 class, is getting closer to a commitment.
The 7-foot, 205-pound prospect out of Virginia, originally from South Sudan, is ranked the No. 2 power forward and No. 10 player in the class by 247 Sports' Composite Rankings.
He has scheduled official visits in the coming weeks to Arizona State, Notre Dame and UNLV. He has already seen Kansas, Indiana and St. John's and is expected to decide between those six schools, with a commitment coming by late April.
