With the College Football Playoff finally set, it’s time to look forward to these matchups scheduled for the end of the month. The No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide will face the No. 4 Oklahoma Sooners, meanwhile the No. 2 Clemson Tigers battle the No. 3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
The betting odds were just released for both semifinal games, and they’re certainly interesting.
It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Alabama is heavily favored against Oklahoma, as the Crimson Tide are being given a two-touchdown advantage. As for the other matchup, Clemson is also seen as a double-digit favorite over Notre Dame.
Here are the opening spreads:

Watching Tua Tagovailoa and Kyler Murray on the same field will be quite the treat, especially considering that one of them could win the Heisman Trophy.
Although the Tigers and the Fighting Irish won’t generate the most buzz, both unbeaten teams possess talent from top to bottom. At the very least, Dabo Swinney and Brian Kelly will put on a coaching clinic.
It’ll be interesting to monitor how these betting lines fluctuate, as we are officially 27 days away from these spectacular showdowns.
