College football has finally returned, and that means ESPN's College GameDay will be on each Saturday during the season. It didn't take very long for the crew to make their first bold prediction of the year.

One discussion that was being held during today's broadcast involved an interesting hypothetical. The crew revealed their picks for which top-10 team would finish the season unranked.

Rece Davis went with Florida, which could mean he believes Miami will pull off the upset tonight.

As for the rest of the crew, it appears they're not all that confident in Notre Dame this upcoming season. Outside of Davis, everyone else onset picked the prestigious program to fall out of the top 25.

It'd be a disappointing season for the Fighting Irish if they don't make another run toward the College Football Playoff.

Last year, Ian Book led Notre Dame to an undefeated regular season. The odds of doing that again most likely aren't in their favor.

The biggest issue for Notre Dame this season is its brutal schedule. Road contests against Georgia, Michigan and Stanford should all present a tough challenge.

Considering how difficult the upcoming schedule is for the Fighting Irish, it makes sense as to why the College GameDay crew made this prediction.
