Clemson was the favorite entering today's game, and the Tigers have looked like it for much of the first half. They lead Notre Dame 23-3 at intermission.

True freshman Trevor Lawrence has tossed three touchdown passes, including a pair to classmate Justyn Ross. Ross has beaten Notre Dame backup cornerback Donte Vaughn and safety Alohi Gilman on his two TDs.
