ESPN Releases 2nd Half Prediction For Notre Dame-Stanford

We've hit the half in South Bend. As expected, Notre Dame and Stanford are locked in a tight battle.

The 8th-ranked Fighting Irish lead the 7th-ranked Cardinal 21-14 at intermission. Notre Dame scored late in the second quarter to take the lead.

Making his second-straight start for ND, Ian Book looks sharp, throwing for 199 yards and two touchdowns on 12-of-14 passing. He found Nic Weishar and Chase Claypool for scores.

Meanwhile, running back Dexter Williams is making his first appearance of the year after serving a four-game suspension. He's carried nine times for 99 yards, including a 45-yard touchdown.

For Stanford, stars Bryce Love and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside are doing what they do best. Both have scored touchdowns for the Cardinal.
