ESPN has released its first preseason Football Power Index of the 2016 college football season.

Last week, we got an early look at the FPI's top five, but now we have the entire thing. Every FBS team - all 128 of them - have been ranked, No. 1 to No. 128.

Here's the top 25, from ESPN. LSU in on top.

We say this every time, but it's important to note: this is merely a statistical/projection model. It's described by ESPN as "an automated ranking intended to measure team strength going forward." It uses four components: last four seasons of performance on offense/defense/special teams, returning starters, recruiting rankings and head coaching tenure.

You can read more about it, and the complete No. 1 to No. 128 ranking, here
