It's starting to boil over at Notre Dame. The Irish have lost two of their first five games. Pundits are calling for a change at quarterback. Students are upset with players not staying for the alma mater. Fans are openly ripping Tommy Rees on Twitter. And now, Kapron Lewis-Moore, former Notre Dame captain (and current Baltimore Raven) has gone on a Twitter rant in response, standing up for his former teammates. He did not hold back either.
Lewis-Moore's main complaint here? Fans need to support the team whether it wins or loses. He also acknowledges that the players shouldn't have left before the alma mater.
Needless to say, the frustration level is quite high right now in South Bend.
