Selection: The Houston Texans select Notre Dame wide receiver Will Fuller.

Analysis: Will Fuller is the fastest wide receiver in this draft, and that speed helped separate Notre Dame from opponents during the 2015 college football season.

At 6-foot, 186-pounds, Fuller is a guy that can play the slot as well as step outside the hashes. He has the speed and the footwork to get it done at the next level, and his route running ability only helps create separation.

The Washington Redskins are up next at No. 22.
