Johnny Manziel is, once again, facing heavy scrutiny for his antics after a video of the rookie talking on a giant stack of money like a phone (NSFW for language) surfaced on Monday. One of those who is criticizing the new Browns quarterback is one of the signal callers that flamed out in Cleveland. Former Notre Dame star Brady Quinn hopped on SiriusXM NFL Radio to discuss Manziel in light of the recent video.

Many will probably knock Quinn because his NFL career didn't work out, but he's far from the only one telling Manziel that he should tone it down. After so many controversial events through his two or three years in the spotlight, it seems unlikely that Manziel will learn to be reserved any time soon.
