If you needed further evidence supporting that Manti Te'o wasn't the mastermind behind his recent "catfishing" scheme, his phone records might be it - if they're authentic. A source close to Te'o showed Jeremy Schaap his phone records during his ESPN interview, and they show that he spent over 110 hours (at the very least) talking to a girl claiming to be Lennay Kekua.
You might think that would involve a hefty phone bill, but luckily for Te'o, Kekua had an AT&T phone plan. This might be the most bizarre piece of evidence in this entire hoax. We're still wondering what the motivation was for such dedication to this really weird scheme.
