Michigan DE Frank Clark Says It's A 'Slap In The Face' That The UM-Notre Dame Rivalry Is Ending

Next Saturday, Michigan and Notre Dame will meet on the football field for what might be the final time.

The Wolverines and Fighting Irish, who have played nearly every year since 1978, don't have any future games scheduled. Notre Dame cancelled the 2015-17 contests while the two schools mutually agreed to suspend the 2018-19 games.

It doesn't appear that the athletic departments' premier programs are eager to play each other again, either.
