Things could be going better at Notre Dame.
Notre Dame, which started the season ranked in the top 15, dropped to 2-5 on Saturday following its loss to Stanford. Brian Kelly's job is believed by some to now be in jeopardy. Will the Fighting Irish be making a change?
One Fighting Irish player appears to at least be aware of a potential change.
Notre Dame defensive lineman Jerry Tillery has liked multiple tweets calling for Kelly to be fired and for the Fighting Irish to hire former LSU head coach Les Miles.
Now, this doesn't necessarily mean Tillery is advocating for Kelly to be fired and for Miles to be hired. Athletes will often "like" disrespectful/negative tweets and use them as motivation.
Notre Dame has a much-needed bye week on Saturday.
