Notre Dame Fans, Alums Take Out Anti-Jack Swarbrick Ad In Student Newspaper

Some Notre Dame fans are not happy with AD Jack Swarbrick and the Fighting Irish football program.

A group of ND fans and alumni took out an anti-Swarbrick ad in today's Notre Dame student newspaper. The ad was also critical of head coach Brian Kelly.

You can read the full ad here, which is critical of the program's overall record, record against top-10 teams, off-field issues and more.

"Jack Swarbrick as a steward of ND excellence: Unremarkable" the ad reads in part. It also indicates "zero" confidence in Kelly.

This ad comes just a few days after "Fire Swarbrick" graffiti appeared on sidewalks around the Notre Dame campus.

According to Sports Illustrated, the group is planning to take out another ad in an undisclosed newspaper this weekend.

Swarbrick has been the AD at Notre Dame since 2008. The Irish finished 4-8 this season, missing a bowl for the first time since 2009.
