Photos: Notre Dame Players Show Off Crazy Body Transformations After 2 Months Of Workouts

Freshman wide receiver Kevin Stepherson underwent a pretty substantial body transformation in just two months.

It may only be April, but Notre Dame football has been getting after it since 2017 began. Don't believe me? Look at freshman wide receiver Kevin Stephenson's stunning transformation in just two months:

About 12 pounds heavier and it looks to be all muscle for the freshman—his body fat decreased by an astounding 1.5 percent. That's pretty incredible after just two months of hard work. According to the chart, he also increased his vertical leap by 11 inches. I'm not sure how that's possible, but he did it. Meanwhile, Stepherson isn't the only one to have undergone a pretty incredible transformation, as sophomore linebacker Te'von Coney had one of his own. He doesn't even look like the same person. Check it out:

Whatever they're doing up in South Bend, it's clearly working. Let's hope these results in the weight room translate to results on the field.

Notre Dame will hold its spring game on Saturday, April 22 and the Fighting Irish open up their season on September 2 against Temple. According to ESPN's FPI, Notre Dame has a 95 percent win probability in the contest.
