Notre Dame's Equipment Manager Teased The Team's Shamrock Series Helmets

Every year since 2009, Notre Dame has broken from tradition for one game to wear an alternate uniform for its "Shamrock Series" contest. And while the school has not yet released the new digs for 2015, they've apparently arrived on campus. Thursday, Notre Dame football equipment manager Ryan Grooms teased fans with a photo of a cardboard box, which presumably contains this year's helmet. The photo also features the helmets worn the past four years.

You can assume that they'll be kept under lock and key until around August - that's when the school, at least historically, has unveiled the new looks.
