Video: Brian Kelly Expresses Frustration With Everett Golson's Decision-Making In Post-Game Presser

Despite Everett Golson's then-undefeated record as the starting quarterback, entering the 2014 campaign, there was one major knock on the Notre Dame star signal-caller - his tendency to turn the ball over. In the first half of the season, however, Golson seemed to be making much better decisions on the field - through the team's first five games, he threw just three interceptions.

But Golson's performance against Arizona State Saturday, which included four interceptions and a lost fumble, seems to be a giant step in the wrong direction. After the game, in a move that you won't see very often, head coach Brian Kelly expressed how frustrated he was with his star QB. Kelly criticized Golson's decision making and how he holds the ball when he runs. Via Blue Gold Illustrated:

Notre Dame's College Football Playoff hopes are likely dead, but the team still has three important games left. There's certainly still a quality bowl game in play if Golson can get things turned around.
