WNBA Refs Accused Of 'Rigging' Caitlin Clark Playoff Game

WNBA refs are getting crushed for their treatment of Caitlin Clark on Wednesday night.

The Indiana Fever are taking on the Connecticut Sun in Game Two of the first round playoff series. The Fever are facing elimination and they're facing a tough road ahead in tonight's contest. Things have not been easy for Clark and the Fever, as their No. 1 overall WNBA Draft pick is being guarded in extremely tough fashion. But are the WNBA referees missing some big foul calls?

WNBA fans are accusing the refs of mistreating the Indiana Fever star point guard.

One particular play is standing out. Sun forward DeWanna Bonner appeared to foul Clark on a 3-point attempt. Bonner stepped into Clark's landing zone, impacting her follow-through. But there was no foul called on the play.

"How is this not a foul call in favor of Caitlin Clark??? She literally had no landing space.. WTFF Refs!!" one fan wrote.

"Is Clark ever gonna get a foul call?" one fan added.

"It’s crazy. It’s one thing if they are going to lose on their own but why force the issue. Ratings drop incoming," one fan added.

"That's a foul! Criminal no call as CLARK gets fouled on the three. Then that idiot thug Bonner pushes her," one fan added.

Even Fox Sports 1 personality Skip Bayless is furious with the no-call on Clark, as well.

"THAT WAS A FOUL ON BONNER, WHO THEN GOT INTO WITH CAITLIN CLARK FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT NO CALL AND THEY EXCHANGED LITTLE SHOVES. NO TECHS. "LETTING 'EM PLAY," I GUESS," he wrote.

The Fever are trailing the Sun, 59-52, late in the third quarter on Wednesday evening.
