Cal Poly entered the NCAA Tournament as perhaps the field's worst team. The Mustangs don't seem to mind, as they took down Texas Southern in Wednesday's play-in game, and have taken home four of their 14 total wins in the last week. The consolation prize for Wednesday's win is not much fun, however. The Mustangs earned the right to play top seed Wichita State. The winner will face Kentucky or Kansas State.

Prediction: Whether or not you believe in Wichita State as a contender, it would be hard to argue that they won't beat Cal Poly. Wichita has made a living off of beating lesser competition, and Cal Poly is a similar team to the ones that the Shockers have spent the entire year beating. WSU will have a very interesting match-up if they wind up facing in-state rival Kansas State or talent-rich Kentucky, but this game should not be all that exciting.
