Federal Appeals Court Rejects Tom Brady's Deflategate Appeal, Upholds 4-Game Suspension

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady suffered another blow in his quest to get his four-game suspension from Deflategate overturned today, when a Federal Appeals Court rejected his latest attempt to get a new hearing on the matter.

Brady's only remaining recourse? Appeal to the United States Supreme Court.

If Brady has to sit out four games, backup Jimmy Garoppolo will have to take over. New England opens up the season on the road against the Arizona Cardinals before coming home for three straight games against the Miami Dolphins, Houston Texans and Buffalo Bills.
