Florida's Ryan Larson was hit in the head by a pitch in today's game versus Mississippi State.
A scary moment came today during Florida's matchup versus Mississippi State. In the first inning, outfielder Ryan Larson was hit directly in the head by a wayward pitch. Larson went down hard, but was apparently able to get up and take his base.

Later in the inning, Larson was taken out of the game, and replaced with Nick Horvath at CF.
The Gators have an overall record of 41-15 this year, and the winner of this game advances to the single-elimination semifinals for the SEC Tournament on Saturday. Both teams remain scoreless in the bottom of the first.
