The PGA Championship is finally here, and there are a few outfits receiving significant buzz on social media. However, the early leader in the clubhouse in terms of style might have to be John Daly.
It’s no secret that Daly is more of an enigma than anyone else participating at Bethpage Black Course. Well, the 53-year-old golfer validated that narrative with his choice of pants for today.
Daly is wearing pants that are covered with the logo of the New York Yankees. Although it might be an unappealing look for those watching at home, it turns out that they cost $110, per Darren Rovell.
Maybe those pants will bring luck to Daly, who won the PGA Championship back in 1991.

Daly is already receiving attention this week for using a golf cart to get around the course. The PGA of America had to review his request to use the cart, which was approved due to his knee injury.
If riding in a golf cart didn’t bring enough attention to Daly this week, then wearing loud pants certainly will.
We’ll see if Daly can have a strong start to the PGA Championship, as he’s about to tee off.
The current leader right now is Brooks Koepka, who is six under par through 15 holes.
