Rory McIlroy finished up one of the best stretches of his career today, as the four-time major champion won the Tour Championship, locking up the FedEx Cup and a $15 million prize.

The Ireland native joined Tiger Woods as the only players to win the FedEx Cup at least twice.

McIlroy didn't win any majors in 2019, though outside of maybe Brooks Koepka, no one was better on the golf course this year.

The two-time FedEx Cup champion celebrated off the 18th green with his wife, Erica.

McIlroy was quite happy following his final round on Sunday.

"To play like that alongside Brooks and get the win, win the FedEx Cup, yeah, it's awesome. It's amazing how different things can be in a year," he told reporters.

Perhaps the 2020 season will bring major No. 5 (or more) for McIlroy.

For now, though, he'll simply enjoy his FedEx Cup win and $15 million prize.
