Tiger Woods seemed to be all over the place on Sunday at Augusta National Golf Club.
Coming into the round at five-under-par, the 44-year-old closed with a final round 76 to finish his 2020 Masters at just -1. Although winning a second consecutive green jacket would have been a long-shot for the five-time Masters Champion, Woods definitely had higher hopes this November.
Part of the reason the 15-time Major Champion struggled on Sunday was an abysmal septuple bogey on the par-3 12th. The hole, where Woods scored a 10, was the worst single-hole score that the all-time great has ever carded.
But right after the worst hole of his career, Woods showed why he’s still able to compete with the world’s best. He birdied five of his final six holes to finish the back-nine in a three-over 39.
Woods’s final nine holes looked like this:

Woods’s ability to bounce back impressed golf fans as they watched Sunday’s last round. The former best golfer in the world was fully on display over the last few holes, giving hope that the 44-year-old might still have another shot at a major win.
Here’s another look at what happened to Woods on 12.

Woods closed the tournament with 68, 71, 72 and the final round 76.
Dustin Johnson continued to dominate on Sunday, extending his lead back to four shots. With just a few holes remaining, the 36-year-old is perfectly positioned for his first green jacket.
The final round of the Masters is currently on CBS.
