On Friday morning, Tiger Woods was back on the course at The Genesis Invitational in California. Woods jumped out to a hot start in his opening round at the Riviera Country Club.
He sat at four-under through the first eight holes, but struggled on the back nine. He finished up at two-under, shooting a 69 – five shots behind the leader, Matt Kuchar.
Woods kicked off his second round with a birdie on his first hole. However, after a streak of pars, Tiger finally saw a hole get away from him on No. 15 with a double-bogey.
Despite his struggles on Friday, the fans on the course continued to cheer for the beloved star.
One fan in particular was stunned to see Woods up close and in-person. After Tiger teed off from No. 10, the cameras panned to a little kid watching.
He was in disbelief.
