Where is Czarniak from?

Lindsay Czarniak was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on November 7, 1977, which means that she's currently 37 years old and will turn 38 in 2015. According to Wikipedia, she moved to Northern Virginia when she was five years old. Czarniak played lacrosse and field hockey in high school, and graduated from James Madison with a degree in online journalism in 2000.

How did she get her career started?

Czarniak's father, Chet, worked for 17 years in the sports department of a local newspaper, so reporting on athletics is certainly in her blood. After graduating from JMU, she took a production assistant role at CNN. She later worked on-air for WAWS and WETV-TV in Jacksonville, and WTVJ in Miami. She eventually wound up at NBC4, working for The George Michael Sports Machine.

How did Lindsay wind up at ESPN?Like most in the field, Czarniak bounced around before landing with the Worldwide Leader. Czarniak stayed at NBC4 for a few years, eventually replacing George Michael as an anchor for the network. During her time there, she also covered the 2006 Winter Olympics, the 2008 Summer Olympics and a number of NASCAR events. What does Czarniak do for ESPN?Czarniak was signed in June of 2011, and made her SportsCenter debut in August. In December, she was given the chance to co-host the 6:00 PM ET SportsCenter after Jay Harris moved to the 11:00 PM ET slot. She also became the first woman to host ABC's coverage of the Indianapolis 500.In the past year, she's been given the sole responsibility of hosting the 6:00 PM ET SportsCenter, which she does flawlessly.Is Czarniak Single?

Is Czarniak single?Nope, not even close. Czarniak met her husband, anchor Craig Melvin, in 2009 while working for NBC. They got married in 2011 and now have a son named Delano, who was born in 2014. While Czarniak is pregnant, ESPN aired a weird segment during which NFL players guessed her weight.
