The MLB offseason just received a major shot in the arm, as Manny Machado reportedly signed with the San Diego Padres. Now, the entire world is waiting on Bryce Harper to decided where he'll play baseball for at least the next few seasons.

Harper has the talent to completely change the culture of any franchise in the league, but he is still searching for the right deal. Considering that Machado just landed a 10-year deal, perhaps the market is looking up for the former NL MVP.

Regardless of how much money the All-Star outfielder may have received in offers, it's clear that he is looking for the correct fit as well. While he could possibly leave the Washington Nationals in the coming weeks, it doesn't sound like he's eager to join their division rival in Philadelphia.

According to Andy Martino of SNY, Harper is unsure about signing with the Phillies.

Despite all the reports about the team offering a lucrative contract to the star slugger, it'd be wise to weigh all options before signing a long-term deal.

Washington, Philadelphia, Chicago and San Francisco have all been rumored to be in the mix for his services.

This past season wasn't the best statistical season for Harper, yet he still managed to finish with 34 home runs and 100 RBI.

All eyes will be on Harper as MLB Spring Training is almost here.
