Photo: Update Regarding Reporter Hit With Foul Ball

On Friday night a reporter was struck in the head by a foul ball during the Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves.

Kelsey Wingert was taken to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a fractured eye socket.

It could have been much worse.

Wingert is taking it all in stride. Her self-proclaimed friend Kelsey Conway posted a photo of Wingert all smiles in spite of what happened.

It's good to see Wingert is in good spirits.
