Report: Clayton Kershaw Could Miss 4 To 6 Weeks

The Dodgers could be without their best player for a while.

On Sunday, Clayton Kershaw was pulled from his start in the second inning.

It looked bad for the former MVP, but when the Dodgers updated his condition Sunday afternoon Dodgers fans were relieved that Kershaw only suffered "low back tightness."

However, the L.A. fan base might not be as happy today.

According to Ken Rosenthal, Kershaw could miss up to six weeks.

The Dodgers currently own the best record in baseball, and win 60-percent of their games without Kershaw on the mound. That's down from 90-percent of Kershaw's starts.

If any team is equipped to make it through this four-to-six week stretch, it's the Dodgers, who could also go after Texas Rangers' pitcher Yu Darvish before the trade deadline.
