One of Major League Baseball's biggest stars left a game on Tuesday night after an awkward swing left him clutching at his bicep.

Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera was forced to leave Tuesday night's contest against the Minnesota Twins.

Cabrera immediately dropped the bat and clutched at his arm after the swing.

Here's the play.

Cabrera was activated earlier this month after a stint on the DL with a hamstring injury. The two-time AL MVP has suffered a rash of injuries over the past two seasons.

Cabrera is the last MLB player to claim the Triple Crown, which he did during the 2012 season.

We'll update you with more when it becomes known.
