Farrell was livid after two of his players struck out.
The frustration is mounting at Fenway Park.
Trailing the Houston Astros 2-1 in the American League Division Series, the Boston Red Sox face a do-or-die situation in Game 4 this afternoon. Houston jumped out to a 2-1 lead, but the Red Sox loaded the bases in the bottom of the second with no one out.
But then center fielder Jackie Bradley Jr. struck out on a borderline call, and second baseman Dustin Pedroia did the same. Pedroia immediately began disputing the call, before manager John Farrell ran out to separate his leadoff hitter from home plate umpire Mark Wegner.
Farrell was irate and quickly found himself ejected from the game.

If you are a lip reader, you can tell Farrell used some colorful language.
We’ll see if the Red Sox can come back and keep their season alive without their skipper.
