An Olympian and a Game of Thrones star.

The 2018 Winter Olympics kicked off this morning with the Opening Ceremony. NBC will carry the full Opening Ceremony later tonight.

However, if you've hopped on social media lately, you have probably seen a plethora of pictures from the athletes walking in the ceremony. Most of the buzz centered around Tongan national, and flag-bearer, Pita Taufatofoa.

One U.S. athlete who recently made headlines is skier Gus Kenworthy. The U.S. Olympic star posted a photo on Instagram representing the LGBT community.

Kenworthy is a gold-medal contender and one of the most-known faces on this year's U.S. squad. While perusing pictures Kenworthy posted on Instagram, we couldn't help but think about another familiar face.

Fans of Game of Thrones, prepare yourself. For those who aren't fans, please leave now and go watch the show, it's incredible. (Just kidding, don't leave just yet).

One of our favorites characters on the show is Robb Stark, the eldest son of Ned Stark. Robb is played by Richard Madden, who bears an uncanny resemblance to the U.S. Olympics star.

Both are from the United Kingdom. Kenworthy was born near London, while Madden was born in Scotland. Check out the resemblance below.

Perhaps the two are long-lost cousins. Regardless, don't expect to see Kenworthy take part in any Game of Thrones episodes in place of Madden, or Madden in the Olympics in the place of Kenworthy.
