It's been fantastic to see so much support for Boston over the past several days. We've already shared cool things that will be done at Notre Dame and Mississippi State to honor the Boston Marathon victims, and we've found another school that will be joining them -- UMass.
UMass has its spring football game today, and several players will be sporting jerseys with the names of victims and first responders on the back instead of their own names -- some jerseys will also feature the hashtag #BostonStrong. In addition, runners of the marathon that were unable to finish the race due to the bombings have been invited to the game to cross a finish line at the 50-yard line.
This is all just great to see -- here's a photo of the jerseys that will be worn:
