Western Michigan continues to stay one of the classier programs in college football. Earlier this season, the Broncos wore special logos on their helmets in remembrance of Cincinnati’s Ben Flick. This Saturday, WMU will be wear the number “2” on their helmets for their game against Eastern Michigan to pay respects to Demarius Reed.
Reed was a wide receiver for Eastern Michigan who was tragically killed in his apartment on October 18th in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Here are the helmets with the special decals:

There are many things that are bigger than football and it’s nice to see that Western Michigan is acutely aware of that. This is just another nice gesture by the Broncos.
