Report: Kevin Durant To Meet With 6 Teams This Weekend Regarding His Free Agency

While LeBron James has opted out of his contract, the chance that he actually leaves Cleveland again this off-season seem infinitesimal. That makes Kevin Durant the biggest free agent on the market. While the Oklahoma City Thunder are the favorites to retain Durant for at least another year, according to NBA reporter David Aldridge says that five other teams will get meeting this weekend in The Hamptons: Boston, Golden State, Los Angeles Clippers, Miami, and San Antonio.

On Tuesday, Odds Shark released odds, with Oklahoma City as a heavy favorite to retain the star forward's services.

Odds of where Kevin Durant will end up next season.

Not great news for anyone holding open Knicks, Lakers, and Wizards bets. Financially, signing a one-year deal with Oklahoma City in anticipation of the cap rising again before the 2017-18 season makes the most sense, but another team can always swoop in and blow Durant away with their presentation.
