Last week, reports suggested Anthony Davis still wants out of New Orleans.

After demanding a trade during the 2018-19 season, Davis made it clear he wants no part of the Pelicans' organization.

Even after the team landed the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NBA draft - which will likely be Zion Williamson - the six-time All-Star wants to play for a new team in 2019-20.

So, which team will step up and make a play for Davis?

The Los Angeles Lakers were heavy bidders on Davis during the regular season and appear to be the favorites once again in the Davis sweepstakes.

According to odds created by Caesar's Palace, the Lakers are heavy favorites to land the Pelicans star.

The New York Knicks are also in the hunt, according to the odds release by the Vegas casino.

Los Angeles made a bold play for Anthony Davis during the season. Multiple reports suggested the Lakers were willing to give up Kyle Kuzma, Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and future picks for the rights to Davis.

After Los Angeles landed the No. 4 overall pick in the upcoming draft, the Lakers have extra ammo for a potential trade.

We'll have to wait and see if LeBron James and company land Davis.
