The NFL's trade deadline is quickly approaching at the end of the month and it's possible a star wide receiver could be on the move.

The Cincinnati Bengals have said that they won't be trading standout wide receiver A.J. Green, though we'll see if that mindset changes when the offers start to roll in.

Two contending teams will reportedly have interest in the blockbuster trade if Green is made available.

The Packers and the Eagles are reportedly "likely" to have interest in a major deal.

Meanwhile, the Bengals are saying that they won't be bringing Green back until after the NFL's trade deadline.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green is not expected to be ready to play until after the Oct. 29 trade deadline, at which time the team will assess his progress and make a determination, a source told ESPN.

Green is progressing nicely in his return from an ankle injury, according to a source. But the Bengals want to ensure a complete recovery before he returns -- with the organization looking out for the player's best interest beyond any single game.

Again, we'll see if the Bengals, yet to win a game, will hold firm on not trading Green as the deadline approaches.
