After yesterday's news, organizations around the league are no doubt scrambling to see if they can land San Francisco wide receiver Deebo Samuel.

On Wednesday, the ultra-talented 49ers wide receiver requested a trade away from the team he led to an NFC Championship this past season.

So, who are the most likely suitors for Samuel?

ESPN NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky has named six "realistic" fits for the unique offensive weapon.

  1. New York Jets
  2. Baltimore Ravens
  3. Indianapolis Colts
  4. Jacksonville Jaguars
  5. Houston Texans
  6. Chicago Bears

"You have to ask yourself as an org—are we capable of using the player the same way SF has to maximize his ability? Not many teams are…" Orlovsky added.

There's one issue with the final sentence in Orlovsky's tweet: Deebo doesn't want to be used the same way the 49ers deployed him in 2021.

According to reports on Wednesday, Samuel is looking to move away from the combo WR/RB mold that led to his breakout season this past year. While this system saw him gain an astonishing 1,770 yards from scrimmage and a first-team All-Pro selection, the wear and tear of being a high-usage rushing/receiving option is not sustainable.

Where would you like to see Deebo land in 2022?
