Alabama freshman point guard Kira Lewis, one of the top first-year players in the SEC this past season, is reportedly considering a transfer.

Lewis, a four-star recruit in the 2018 class, has reportedly entered his name into the NCAA's transfer portal, allowing for contact with other programs.

The 6-foot-3 point guard is expected to receive interest from several major programs and he's already met with a couple of them, according to a report.

Scout.com's Evan Daniels is reporting that Lewis had in-home visits with three big programs on Wednesday.

Lewis, the No. 9 PG recruit in the country coming out of high school, averaged 13.5 points, 2.9 assists and 2.6 rebounds a game this past season.

The elite guard is an Alabama native. It's unclear at this point what kind of timeline he's operating on when it comes to his transfer decision.
