The Chicago Bulls will be without a key piece of their rotation after guard Alex Caruso suffered a facial injury in the second half of Game 4.

Per Bleacher Report, Caruso has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the Bulls' key playoff game.

Alex Caruso hit the floor after an inadvertent hit to the nose area drew blood and forced the 28-year-old to head back to the locker room. However, he wasn't able to come back. Now the Bulls find themselves down big at home. And for the second game in a row, the team hasn't gotten a lot of production from star DeMar Derozan.

Two-time All-Star Zach LaVine has picked up some of the slack. But, the Bulls offense is going to need more in order to cut the Bucks lead in the final frame.

At the end of three quarters, Chicago finds itself down by 16, 90-74.
