The New England Patriots haven’t had a losing record in a long time. It’s been since Bill Belichick’s first season – 2000, when they went 5-11 – to be exact.
That will change in 2020. That’s what one FOX Sports radio host believes, anyway.
Colin Cowherd has made his prediction for the Patriots’ win-loss record in 2020. New England is expected to be led by Jarrett Stidham at quarterback.
The prominent radio host believes the Patriots will go 7-9 in 2020. Cowherd has New England beating the Jets and Dolphins twice. He also has them beating the Raiders, Chargers and Cardinals. That’ll be it for their wins in 2020, however.
Here’s his full prediction:

Cowherd, meanwhile, has made a strong prediction for the Buccaneers with Tom Brady.
Tampa Bay will go 10-6 in 2020, according to Cowherd. That should be good enough for a playoff spot in the NFC, but maybe not good enough to win the NFC South.
Brady hasn’t not won his division when fully healthy since 2002, when the Patriots finished second in the AFC East at 9-7 on the year.
