Arch Manning's recruitment process has been one of the most followed and heavily-publicized recruiting journeys in recent memory.

As the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2023 class, the nephew of Peyton and Eli has college football fanbases from around the country eagerly awaiting his decision.

Manning has long had his group of top schools selected, but one reportedly stands a cut above the rest.

According to On3 Sports' prediction model, the Texas Longhorns have the best chance to land Manning at 38.1% -- standing above Georgia (32.5%), Alabama (27.2%) and Ole Miss (<1%).

“The Longhorns now have a 38.1-percent chance of landing Manning. Texas’ move to the top spot is a big development, but so is the shift in the second-place spot. Georgia is now second, according to the On3 RPM, with a 32.5-percent chance followed by Alabama at 27.2-percent,” Jeremy Crabtree of On3 Recruiting wrote.

The college football world took to Twitter to react to this news. "Why would he want to waste two years in that conference? I think he ultimately decides to go the way of the SEC," one fan suggested. "I know it has to be hard to get a feel for this kid, but the crystal balls and prediction swings are humorous. This will change a few more times before he commits. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he pulled a 'Peyton to Tennessee' and shocked everyone by committing to Virginia…" another added.

With the unpredictable nature of recruiting, it's hard to pinpoint exactly what the young QB is thinking. But when he does ultimately make his decision, it will no doubt make waves around the college football world.
