We probably should have seen this coming...

The 3-0 Buffalo Bills are hosting the 3-0 New England Patriots in a massive early season game (for the Bills, anyway) at New Era Field. And it is not going well.

New England is up on Buffalo, 13-0, midway through the first quarter.

The Bills' first drive of the game ended with a Josh Allen interception. The Patriots quickly marched down the field for a score (but missed the extra point).

Buffalo's next drive went nowhere, as New England forced a punt. The Patriots blocked that punt and recovered it for a touchdown.

Yikes.

Allen and Buffalo's offense will need to be significantly better going forward is this is going to be competitive. The Bills' second-year quarterback is 1 for 6 for 10 yards and an interception to start the game.

Buffalo and New England are playing on CBS.
